You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuraSafe, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to AuraSafe at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of AuraSafe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
